What I heard there was an option that the owner could chose opt out the health plan and would only be charged a small penalty. I thought that was a very cleaver option!

Like a Massachusetts Dhimmi tax? To grow over time?
This is socialized medicine in a state which puts ILLEGAL ALIENS ahead of veterans
and ahead of citizens, and then has the audacity to invite the ILLEGAL ALIENS in
using protective zones like Cambridge. In Wayland (and perhaps elsewhere), the ILLEGAL ALIENS
even get to vote. Ain't that special?

Furthermore, the Mass citizens voted for a tax refund which has not been granted
showing yet more abdication by Romney. Outside of the field of camera for TV, he is a wus.
