I get your point about newt, problem is that's just not who he is and I think its cumbersome for him to try and be more of a moderate when he knows and is seen by most as the consummate Conservative, only Newt, Rush and a handful of others can even claime those credentials,IMHO.
Rudy really doesn't have those constraints.
