Thanks.. I do enjoy biking. People ask if I do it for exercise.. NO, I do it because it is fun & the side benefit is that it is good for firming butt, thighs & getting leg strength. I used to do about 3000 miles a year before I got dogs.
Now a great deal of the time I normally would bike, I am out on vigorous hikes with them running free in some desolate forest or woodland areas.
This year I doubt I will even get close to 1000. I think I have only about 800 miles this year at this point
