Don't ever get drawn into an argument like this with the left. They are not concerned with facts. They only want to shout you down, which is hard for them to do when you are laughing at them.
BTW that "comprehensive plan" of Clinton's was 3 years old when GWB took office. Why didn't Clinton implement it? If it was important I would have thought it would have been a priority. I don't even remember it being talked about in the 2000 debates. I have to get a new BS meter. My needle is bent from exceeding the BS max reading.....
