Arnold is against Prop. 86 to 89, I just got a mailing on it.
We need the transportation bond and the levy bond.
Even McClintock is for 1E.

Why do we need the so-called transportation bond? Since less than 40% of it actually goes for road related projects, and of those, ALL of it could still be spent on commie-lanes or traffic flow studies, and NONE of it actually guarantees any new freeway lanes that all drivers can use....tell us, why do we need to borrow $20 Billion of our grandchildren's money?
