Thanks. That part of Florida has moved rather rapidly toward the GOP, as expensive subdivisions are built to complement the lower middle class ones previously built for retirees.

Good news... my worries about sinkhole insurance costs in Pasco County being an issue appear not to have materialized. This could also help Clay Shaw if it shows that people are correctly distinguishing between state and federal policy on rising insurance.
