The New York Times posted it as a direct clickable link on their home page instead of simply hosting a copy of the four pages on their servers. I'm sure dni.gov is now being hopelessly overloaded. Not trying to be cynical but it makes one wonder if they did it on purpose.
Pinging the server results in a "Request timed out" reply. It's like the server is flooded or not even online.
