I think a guest worker program is not defacto amnesty.

I do think that amnesty for the crime of being illegal in the past is ok provided that they register for the appropriate papers in the future and provided that this is the only crime they have commited.

I am not in favor of citizenship for illegals simply because they have been here a long time.

he still shook things up in a positive way.

Really? Name two. Jesse is like a certain president in the 90's with both of them it's all about Me Me Me.

The best thing Kinky has going for him is that he holds no allegiance to any party and can pretty much say anything he likes.

And accomplish what?

I dont think Kinyk started out to accomplish anything. His popularity was as much a surprise to him as it was to anyone else. Now that he is starting to looklike a legitimate runner he may start looking into accomplishin something. Most votes for Kinky are protest votes. Votes against both parties.

I'm thinking you don't live in Texas because in Texas people who care about the election find out his positions.

For example, he is on Houston talk radio 97.5 FM, every day answering questions. His appearances and his talks are all over talk radio. When people listen to him they realize that he is a very intelligent, albeit NON-POLITICALLY CORRECT", candidate. He said just yesterday: "I hate this politcal correctness crap".

How refreshing to have a non-politician running for office who does not bow down and kiss the butts of every politician and minority group every time he says something they consider offensive. George Allen's campaign wouldn't be in the mess it's in todya if he had the guts Kinky has.

All the Ronald Reagan's of the GOP have been replaced by girlie-men.
