Warranty Deed (actual sale), Deed of Trust (mortgage), Notice (could be several things- usually a delinquency on a note) - no, that's not a lot at all.

NOTICE: of trustee sale; of loan forfeitures
Fastow was a finance man. He knows how to hide/protect assests.
And her family is one of the largest property holders in Houston, if not *the* largest. If anything RE-wise is hidden, that's where it is.
Cash won't have a paper trail that's visible.
And how to protect his own arse.
Prosecutors needed one of the big three to turn and you just knew it would be Fastow. Of any of them Fastow was the one who should have served the most time. His sentence is a joke.
