Rice's comments were just covered on Fox. It was left to Brian Kilmeade to explain the list of contradictions, while Tiki Barber (dim bulb) says that siince we can't know the truth until years from now when things are de-classified, this is nothing but politics from both sides.
My estimation on Mr. Barber's value to the show just plummeted. He sounded very much like he was entering Julian Phillips' territory.

Wow, so glad I overslept this morning and missed Tiki!
He's a political naif!
However, I assume that he would not want to jeopardise his future since he is probably going to be leaving football after this season and will be looking for a full time job in communication.
