For Samir Geagea, the Lebanese Forces are the real winners because they successfully achieved their goal, which Hezbollah opposed, namely the deployment of Lebanese army troops in southern Lebanon. Druze leader Walid Jumblatt instead rejected any deal with Hezbollah because of the latters dependence on Syria.
Samir, his family, friends, and entourage of body guards just got voted most likely to be car-bombed.
I admire the man's courage.

I can't understand why they wouldn't want to give Hezbollah more power. I mean, look at all the positives that they brought to Beirut the past month.
