The Arkansas Grifter's performance was pure shtick: pre-planned,pre-rehearsed, calculated to gin up his base. No matter what questions Chris would have asked, the response would have been the same.
Didn't count on ginning up Conservatives as well, now, did he? Putting in question his entire anti-terror strategy (or lack of it)is not going to get Hillary any support.
They are playing 2006-2008 politics with their 90's strategy. They have a September 10 view of the world.
This is a long laundry list of do and not's of the Clinton years. The MSM is saying here and there that Clinton knew exactly what he was doing in this interview...Chris Wallace was just on Hannity's radio show and said it was a total meltdown and came as a shock to everyone. He mentioned Clinton was sweating...hands were shaking and he was totally incenced when he went out of the studio vowing to "get" whoever on his staff that set him up. That doesn't really sound like Clinton KNEW what he was doing....and they want to put Hillary in the WH for another eight years of this??...in a pig's eye!! Clinton just aimed and fired at her political rowboat and down she will go!! She may even lose her Senate seat. The sweet smell of liberal blood in the morning!!
Sorry...not planned at all. Chris Wallace just about fifteen minutes ago (9/25/06) said on Hannity's Radio show that the melt down was just under the surface when they started...Clinton was red faced, sweating and hands were shaking...he simply melted down. It was the most totally show of a truly corrupt personality I have ever seen. I think Clinton knows today his wife's political life may be over in her wanted capture of the White House.
I think he might have planned to go after Wallace as soon as terror came up, and maybe had some talking points, but I don't believe he meant to get that mad. I think he lost control...no surprise for a manof his predilections.
