This is going to sound weird, but here goes. I knew this years ago. My gut told me that the Bush administration was hiding something actually worse than what we were being told. I don't know even now what the motive for down playing Saddam's WMD program is and was. I won't speculate either, but feel free. This is the main reason I switched parties Demonrats won't lift a finger to fight the WOT.

For almost 2 years, I have harbored a private thought that the Bush administration was collecting evidence of the wmd or something else significant that would require thousands of man hours to document weapons caches, translate documents and be able to put it all together for a big event...like a mid-term election or in time for the Presidential election in 2008. I still think it is possible.....
