A mature, modest and (almost) scandal-free George Michael took the stage in his first solo concert in 15 years. But the pop star couldn't resist making another controversial dig at George Bush.
At the end of the first set Michael sang his 2002 controversial anti-Bush song "Shoot the Dog."

George Michael dreams of getting the success the Dixie Chicks have been reduced to in recent years. Everything is reletive, I suppose.
But it ain't gonna work, George. What makes the Dixie Chicks story compelling is that they threw it all away just for being stupid. Your statements just look like clumsy attempts to gain publicity.

Most responsible citizens base their political convictions on the opinions of a washed-up foreign popstar who likes to solicit sex in public restrooms and fall asleep with coke on his face in parking lots.

George likes to launch in public men's rooms and homo hangouts in parks late at night too. Gag!

I thought I read in a UK blog that all of the home centers were sold out of duct tape and the pet stores were sold out of hamsters. Oh wait, that's the Pet Shop Boys ....

I agree.
I dont think its a bad thing when people like this cant contain their politics. Just shows the kind of people that side with the left.

Ha. In between trysts at highway rest stops, George Michael's heretofore unknown moral principle leads him to criticize the President of the United States. Get real. This just shows that any honkin' lunatic can critisize President Bush, and if there's a homosexual angle to it, our good friend Matt Drudge will splash it all over his front page.

George Michael should stay on his knees in public bathrooms and leave the political discourse to people who actually know what they're talking about. George Michael is good for one thing - and it isn't singing.

A liberal gay friend of mine calls this guy an "irresponsible f*gg*t". Makes gays look bad, he says. Not too hard really..

The real question is...did the after-party take place in the men's room of a highway rest stop?
That's a rhetorical question.

George Michael (AKA Georgios Kyriacos Panayiotou - he's Greek which is appropriate) should be forced to perform before a Muslim audience in Saudi Arabia or Iran. He wouldn't leave the stage alive. He's another rich pseudo-Leftist ingrate.
