We all see how that plan worked out. Is one of the definitions of 'comprehensive', F..ked?

Rush obliterated this particular lie today, taking the clintonoid at his word and quoting from Richard Clarke's book, there was no "anti-terrorism plan," and so of course none was "passed on" to the Bush administration.
