Clinton actually spoke before an audience recently and said that rather than all this focus on abstenence, blah blah, he is recommending all African men get circumcized. Truly the man has lost his mind.

Actually circumscision is the most effective means of preventing the transmission of the virus - he may be the worlds biggest clown but on that point he is correct.

The point may be correct, but can you see all the men in Africa rushing out to get circumcized or circumcizing their baby boys.

Given the virulent level of anti semitism in the black community I cannot see this ever happening.
