You are right. It was planned but it went overboard. If he were confident of being right, he could say the same things with a smile on his face. He tried that later with his fear factor comments, Bush using fear. Smiling, it worked before, etc.

His poking and raging will always be remembered. His accusations against Chris Wallace will hurt him forever and ever. Journalists do not forgive, do not forget. They are the high priests now. Bow before them.

You make an excellent point. How do you think other journalists (the few professional ones) have reacted (in private, of course) to the Comrade Clintoon rant?

Exactly. Just like his minions trying to shut down "Path to 9/11". It didn't make him look like a victim. It made him look guilty as all heck. Furthermore, I doubt journalists like being "intimidated" into asking the "right" questions like that any more than ABC like Bill attempting to sensor their movie. We all saw how well THAT went for Bill. He just managed to create a stink and get higher viewership than there would have been if he has just left it alone.

Once again, I think Bill's age and health are catching up with him. His game has sucked lately.
