I blame fully the stinking little men that have to rape little girls to get their jollies.....
to go hide their sexual perversions in poor countries that have nothing and come back to their respective countries and act like the big proud men they wish they could be....

Hatred won't fix this problem. The cultural Catholic thing in the PI is a blessing and a curse. We can forgive those who turn from sin and repent. Hell has many rooms for the unrepentant and for those who facilitate them...
Amen, and using these people's poverty to lure them into a life of degradation is about as non-Christlike as you can get.
