Clinton is such a BS artist, but his motor mouth is not as solidly synchronized with his brain as it used to be. Webb does not have three stars of anything. He left the service in the early '70s as a Captain because of continuing medical sequelae of Vietnam injuries. As Secretary of the Navy he was a civilian!
And WEbb is toast with Bubba's endorsement! Bubba has yet to endorse a winner.
