it looked like he was going to say FAULT instead of RESPONSIBILITY...I taped it, going to check it again, but I believe he make a quick word change there...

While you are checking out whether he started to say fault and changed it to responsibility, can you or someone else listen to when he talked about Clarke? I thought he said that Clarke had been fired, not demoted at least one time. Then I got to thinking, I hadn't paid enough attention before, but I think he may have said that more than one time.
