I think the only people an effective boycott would harm would be the American employees and retailers of Citgo, from domestic executives down to the truck drivers and service station operators and employees.
Let's face it -- nearly all petro dollars support despotic thug regimes and terrorist enemies of the USA --- Saudi, Iranian, Venezualan, Bolivian, etc.
Our time would be better spent forcing Congress to act on ANWR which would really be a positive step in dealing with the global energy problem.
I'm still waiting for any democrat to explain why it is BETTER to send our money to Chavez/Ahmadinejad or any of the other nut case rulers in the Middle East rather than keep our money here, and provide 50,000 jobs in Alaksa!!
