The panel saying he did try and going soft on him makes him look even more like a paranoid nut. They did just the opposite of what he just accused them of.

I contend that they were all stunned by the way the former President behaved. Most rational people are always embarrassed when an adult has a temper tantrum in their midst. They all looked like OMG!
