Well, President Bush doesn't think so. That's what he's told the American public, in that the "hunt is on" for Osama bin Ladin.

And, in addition, the FBI still has Osama on their "ten most wanted" list.

BUT, thinking about it, from *another angle* -- World War II did not stop when Franklin Roosevelt died -- did it?
