Note .. they keep saying the CIA wouldn't give a 100% guarantee. Gee .. were they 98% sure ????LOL... but he really wanted them to GUARANTEE it with their careers/jobs... which he knew they wouldn't do. The guy is a perfect, human parasite... who understood the shortcomings of professional bureaucrats.

That's why there's a President, to make those tough calls. Clinton didn't have it in him to make tough calls unless he had someone he could blame if anything went wrong.
