But on the other hand, before every election we hear the drumbeat by the fear mongering Democrats, claiming that Republicans will destroy Social Security, deny old people medicine, food, housing,and toss us all out on the street. Rape the forest lands, wet lands,dry lands, damp lands and kill all the allegedly endangered species,pollute and/or poison the water, the atmosphere and outer space.

Reinstate slavery, re-segregate the schools, reascend the vote for women, etc., etc.
