That's a very interesting chart. I wonder if you looked at the left side? Looks like the NAHB Housing Market Index dropped from 75 to 40 between 1994 and 1995. It was so long ago that I don't remember if the stock market crashed after that. Do you remember?
Well, look at that. The left side of the chart shows the S&P rose over that time. That's a relief.
