Statewide, the ratio is 5 to 3 Dem. It's NYC that's 90 percent Dem, while Staten Island is pretty evenly split (and usually doesn't count itself as part of NYC, although technically it is). I won't even get into the Bronx-Brooklyn feud. ;-)
