These two places have benefits that mopney cant buy. They pay the bills for entertaining. for travel for bodyguards.
Why spend or show your own stash when you are living about as high as it gets while sucking on the Government tit.
Now its a different story, Bubba has to pay for his own travel and the benefits are gone--all but the secret Service agent--and we all know what Hillary's senate salary is so now they show their money.
