I don't know the in's and out's of all these "deals" but I get the uneasy feeling that somehow it will be you and I pick up the tab in the form of government bail outs. I would like to think that the unethical lenders and real estate people will pay in the end, but I've been around too long not to realize that it doesn't work that way.
