Right after 9/11, Clintion wailed and whinged about "how lucky Bush was, that this ( 9/11 ) happened on his watch." Slick saw it all as a missed opportunity! He was and still IS jealous that he never had the chance to be center stage and seen as a HERO.
Clinton did get himself a pair of cowboy boots (a la Bush), but his were "made from walking" away from being blamed for anything.
I sooo agree with your assessment of that. clinton is in no way bothered by the deaths of nearly 3,000 Americans, he is bothered that President Bush is a true leader who will always be the antithesis of what the clinton presidency represented.
