Bottom line, Clinton didn't do enough and so didn't get him.
Remember that video of the drone from like Sept. of 2000 showing Osama wearing white at one of his training camps in Afghanistan? The drone was unarmed. If Clinton wanted to get Osama, the drone would have been armed, JUST IN CASE.
