Yes political. While Clinton was Commander In Chief there were numerous times to capture Bin Laden. He and his administration chose not to due to extremely difficult domestic political circumstances IE: Lewinsky, lying under oath ... impeachment. He and his administration were all consumed with protecting his presidency, not protecting the American people from the likes of Bin Laden.

Naw, too flimsy. Sure he was a little preoccupied, but I don't see any political reason for refusing to accept Osama on a silver platter...

Not disagreeing, contributing additional...

chose not to due to extremely difficult domestic political circumstances IE: Lewinsky, lying under oath .... while at the same time they could launch cruise missiles at empty Al queda training facilities and pharmaceutical plants.
