Give her credit: most stupid celebrities try to pose as intellectuals, at least she is resolutely and honestly dumb. And how much money would she make trying to pretend to be an intellectual? Does ANYBODY ever care what she says or thinks?

I actually find her amusing. I loved the episode of The Simple Life in which she was trying to guess the religion of a Pakistani family. The son said, "Since 9/11 it's the most talked about religion in the world." Paris, a lightbulb going off figuratively above her head, said, "Kabbalah!"
Maybe someone wrote that line for her. But if she thought of it herself, she has real comic talent.
