Sorry, but Gore won the popular vote in 2000. Spin it how you like, he still won more of the popular vote than Bush did. Nice try but it didn't work.
Sorry, you are wrong...let's look at the definitions
Gore did win the most votes in Florida. He did not win a majority, however. By definition he won a plurality.
