Well, more than you might think, because those 15% of Marinites who vote Republican and actually work for a living do commute south over the bridge (I was one of them for many years). ;)

Yes, I was living in Marin when Reagan was elected President. Every time I put up a "Vote Republican" sign, it was snatched down within the hour. I even posted them in locations very difficult to reach--high up, off in the distance. They were snatched down every time.

So much for freedom of thought, freedom of speech, free exchange of ideas, liberty, liberalism, open mindedness, open minds! In Marin, it's all crushed out by the Conformists. Groupthink rules Marin!
