As I recall, Israel, the Falange, and one or another version on 'liberation front' did all, ALL, the taking of tolls.
"Lebanon's armed forces" are the ones waiting along with the french to drop in later to hang out in someone else's bunkers.
(I know and like a bunch of Lebanese people, this already dangerous oaf makes me question that position)
