"We literary talk about this in the film. It's a question that is asked a lot: Why aren't these guys found?" Gere told reporters in Sarajevo. Let's see, why would anyone give themselves up to a court that is a complete sham unless you are muslim?

A director and a has-been pretty boy actor want to know why these monsters are still at large. Well? Did I miss something? Do these guys have PhDs in foreign relations or law enforcement? Have they ran and been elected to anything?
As I recall the has-been pretty boy got booed at the Concert for New York when he suggested we reach out to the terrorist world and try to understand why they hate us.
Shut and act (if you can).
