I have stopped watching National News, since I get all of it here on FreeRepublic. I usually get it half a day before it is reported by the MSM anyways, so on the odd occasion that I DO manage to stumble on a news program, it feels so old..
That's the real story. Millions of Americans are plugged into the net at work or at home, and get their news throughout the day. Ppl email each other..."did ya hear willie got busted? did you hear what chavez said" and by day's end, we know all the stories already. 6pm is waaaaay too late.
