IMO, parents ALLOWED the public educators to circumvent their authority. I don't blame the principle at all for going after the parents.

After years of circumventing parental authority, to hear a public education employee take this position is almost amusing. Almost. This happened in Texas. When I was there most, if not all, ISDs supported parental authority and partnered with parents to educate the children.
