This is astonishing. I have NEVER seen a person so willing to commit career suicide, and in someways lifestyle suicide over what could have been a tiny, short-lived kerfuffle.
She is seriously misunderestimating the American public.

The people who will never buy a Dixie Chick album nor attend one of their concerts will still be around long after President Bush leaves office. He will still be drawing a paycheck. I wonder if the Dixie Chicks will?
