This is not going to fly in court. You can't sue anybody over an unproven cause of global warming!
That is what I thought, wouldn't they be required to prove global warming is a fact and caused by vehicle emissions?
Maybe this is a good time for the real junk science of global warming to be brought out in open court where it can be shot down once and for all as unproven speculation, in open court records. This suit actually could be a good thing.
