George Allen is really not ready for prime time. After an excellent smack down on MSM and Webb's slimey campaign yesterday, I just don't quite understand why he made these following stupid comments.
His comments are quite bizarre, to see the least. Why does he need to use 'ham sandwich and port chops' as metaphor to distance himself from his Jewish heritage? This is gettint really weird.
The MSM is setting up the trap for Allen, his response yesterday was terrific, but he is just unable to stop this 'foot-in-mouth' disease.
Thanks God, we know sooner rather than later, he is not ready for prime time.

Something is bizarre, I'm not sure it is Allen though. Do I smell sulfur?

Why is this foot-in-mouth? it was a stupid no win question he handled it fine and my guess is there will be a backlash for him.

If you're going to quote an article at least use the correct title, with YOUR comment in parenthesis.

Here's an idea...why not go to conservative websites and post articles that make it appear that you're a conservative and questioning your own candidate for the sake of the party or the nation or all humanity? Wouldn;t that be really snarky?

I don't understand why anybody would get upset over what he said. It's just a case of the media trying to make a story.
However, the whole purpose of exercises like this are establishing how the candidate works under pressure.

does indeed look like a media hit. Allen's comment was equally stupid though. running from his heritage? nah. he claims not to have known. my question is if his mother knew this, and knew he had political aspirations, why didn't she tell him eariier?

Here's a thought - there's a lot of fear over George Allen as a potential presidential candidate so it's important to convince conservatives that he can't win. Here's another thought - you ain't that clever.
