I have been to McDonald's & Taco Bell here in the KC metro area & the kitchen help does not speak English, the drive up window spoke with an accent, & may not have spoken English. Latinos using the local laundry-mat driving a better vehicle than I do. Usually all but one or two employees at Chipoltes speak Spainish, & I have the English speaking employees be rude to me badly enought 2 times to write them & not return.

This is the major reason we have stopped eating fast food. I need to speak either Spanish or Creole as most of the people taking orders do not speak English so it takes forever to get it ordered, and often the order is wrong. It's frustrating, but it's probably good for my health.

Hmm we eat at the Boca Chipotles often, and the folks in the serving line all speak English, many of them look like high school kids (who I have been told over and over do not want to work, and that's why we need imported labor). The food is always great. I'm sorry yours is not the same.

I had to stop by the local hotels for a community event thing this week and every one was run by a Pakistani or something. I'd been told that, but poo-poo'ed it off as gossip but it's very much true. They also run the majority of the convenience stores. Most couldn't speak English or were to hard to understand. The last time we were in the emergency room, the only doctor there was ME'ern and I never did understand anything he said and the nurse just smiled and shook her head. America needs to put the English Only law on the books because all these different languages and people refusing to learn English is only going to lead to disaster. Sure, I can live without knowing what the Slurpee guy is saying but if my child is in the ER or my pilot is getting directions from an air traffic controller I darn well better have someone who can communicate with me in English.

I don't know if it's true, but I was told by an American that we give them loans to come over here & buy hotels/motels for a better deal than what our own citizen's can get. Then "they" frequently welsh on their loan & their bills to the vendors & go back to their country. The next person trying to run the hotel has a hard time getting vendors because the hotel/motel has debts all over town. That may not be the case in all instances, I was told this by someone who was supposed to have run a hotel/motel.

What can we do about this invasion anyway?

Hey, there was a trucking school or company that licensed over-the-road drivers here in MO that was just busted for issuing licenses to Somolians & pesons of a slavic country (can't remember the name), who could not speak English or pass the tests and charging hundreds or thousands of dollars.
