The MSM has not been in the business of informing the public for the last 40 years.
They are political orgs, with political hacks, running a 24/7 political campaign.

He doesn't claim to bein compliance, just that the Nuke-smart IAEA guys have a watchful eye on them.
Probably making sure they do it right, if I had to guess.
