The Washington Family Coat of Arms
(the original family name was D'Wessington; they were Norman/French who came to England in the 13th Century. This is where the logo on the Washington, DC license plate comes from)

What's that raven doing in that crown?
Reference: see here.
I know. I also know about the Raven and St. Benedict. But that wasn't my question. My question was: what is the raven doing in the crown? It looks like it is laying an egg. :-)
And the good people of Delaware can always be proud of their great contributions during the Revolution (Cesar Rodney, Colonel Hastert and many more).
Oops...sorry, but I do not know the specifics of why the raven sits in the crown. Anyhting I would say would be speculation.

University of Delaware is my alma mater, and I was a College Republican when I was there. I'm glad ISI is sponsoring this. They're a great organization (also based in my home stae of Delaware). Matt Spalding is a good guy as well.
It looks like it is laying an egg.I certainly hope so. ;')
Thanks, it does sound good.
America needs the General now as much as we did in the Revolution.

Excellent. You can continue to proud of The Blue Hens and The First State (except for Biden).
