I bet McCain. He is certainly doing everything he can to carry Hillary and the Democrats water. This latest stunt is designed to cost the Republicans at least the US House. Only reason to do that is if he is dirty and they got the good on him.
McCain...Mr. Manchurian Candidate...but everyone knows his background and sponsors.
I think there are other quieter players out there.
