Iraqis burn an effigy of Pope Benedict XVI during a demonstration, in Basra, Iraq's second-largest city,Monday. The demonstration was against his speech last week in Germany, particularly his quoting of a medieval text that characterized some of the teachings of Islam's founder as "evil and inhuman" and referred to spreading Islam "by the sword." Benedict said Sunday that he is "deeply sorry" his remarks on Islam. Look at the photo, look at the background of the photo.

"Hundreds of angry" or "outraged" protestors. Good pick-up. Looks more like a few guys waiting on the charcoal to get ready for the (pork) ribs.

No, I was referring to myself. And to emphasize the point I left out the verb, "Sorry to
be Mr Stupidhead".
I was looking for Photoshop trickery so I was leaning in the wrong direction. But your point is a very good one. The MSM is staging news. It was the BBC who egged on the Muzzies in the first place.

Somebody who is good in photoshop should enlarge what looks like a yellow badge hanging off the guy right in the middle.
compared with the cops shown later it looks like several of the guys there are cops.

Yep,looks like Iraqi police watching over this little ap stunt just like cops in New York might do.
Iraq has come a long way in a short time.
Seems like the ap tried to stage a protest but nobody bothered to show up;)
