So this guy is saying that taking a special sit down is better than sex. Well... if he's a liberal socialist, his choice of partners run along the lines of Helen Thomas and/or Barney Frank, so he probably has a point.
He kind of reminds me of the "You're all gonna die!" guy from Poltergeist 2 from the looks of him.
