Well let's stand back here a little bit. St. Paul warned his flock, "do not be yoked to an unbeliever." For a long times Catholics were discouraged from marrying Protestants. And Protestants did not want to marry any one who was not also a WASP. All that is behind us now and good riddance. But we Christians were the same way once.

You know, I go over to the DU and read what those idiots have to say about things. Your post fits beautifully with what they say. But even over at the DU, a few of them had the sense to argue that that was in the past. To equate muslims of today with Christians of 600 years ago yeilds what positive result?
We once lived in caves, ate raw meat, didn't sanitize properly... etc. So, all those things we once did, we should approve because our ancestors once did that?!
I don't know a single Christian who, in my entire lifetime, was told to marry exclusively in their faith. I don't know of a single Christian who, in my lifetime, that was told that if he or she left the faith, they'd be apostate and be killed. I don't know a single Christian woman who was killed as an honor killing for seeing a non-Christian.
It's not like we can ignore them and let them live their lifestyle how they see fit. They want to change our lifestyle. They want sharia law, they want our country, they want to kill or convert us. Stop making excuses for these animals. Call them on their behavior. If they can't exist in the 21st century, let's help them to cease to exist.
