Well, this is just my opinion I have no basis in fact, but I really think that the whole "he was distracted by Monica" thing is mythology. Not perpetrated by the Clinton spin machine, but it's better then the truth.

Clinton is basically a neurotic narcissist who is also a coward. He would never pull the trigger on bin Laden because if he did, the NYT et al, would have not liked him anymore and he would not be able to handle it. Clinton is a very psychologically troubled man.

If , he did pull the trigger on OBL,you can bet your bottom dollar that blamed the death on somebody else(i.e. another terrorist leader or drug smuggler ect)

The "distracted by the Monica thing" could well have been started by the Clinton spin machine. Democrat spin would be Conservatives caused the distraction by dragging him in to court over "just sex"
